Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All customers who shopped at the easimall must read and understand the terms and conditions of purchase before any payment is made.  After the product selection is made, customer must make a payment according to the payment methods that are allowed by the Site.

All products sold by easimall shall be shipped directly from our warehouse within 7-14 business days upon confirmation of order(s) and payment is duly paid. International shipping charges shall be applied for order(s) outside Asia Region. If customer makes a purchase on weekends then Monday shall be counted as first day of the week.

 

Courier Service

Easimall ensures all parcels/goods are delivered to our customers in good condition. All items are pre-checked to be in good condition, wrapped and sealed before shipping. easimall shall not be responsible for any damages once the parcels/goods are delivered by the courier service provider. Please ensure no seal has been broken when parcels/goods are delivered to you, before you sign the consignment delivery note or call us immediately for our attention.

Make sure the delivery address provided to us is complete and valid. Where our parcels/goods are not able to reach you at the given address for unforeseen circumstances, you will be required to claim the parcel from the office of the relevant courier services provider.

Tracking number or reference will be notified by email once your parcels/goods have been processed or shipped by courier service provider.

Return Policy

easimall practices 14 days return policy for all items delivered to our customers. Item(s) returned may be exchanged for cash refund and automatically credited to your easicredit. Terms and conditions apply.

Cash refund is only applicable if the goods returned are…

– the same items as you have purchased

– not used

– in the same condition you received it

– in the original box or packaging

However, our Return Policy does not apply to sale clearance item(s).

easimall shall not be hold harmless for any losses to our customer(s) due to the damages or failure of delivery that is beyond our control.

easimall shall not refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to easimall. This includes any customs taxes or GST as well as any return shipping costs that customer(s) may have incurred in the process of returning the parcels/goods to easimall.

Any delay in returning the parcels/goods after 14 days shall strictly not be entertained. All item(s) purchased from easimall are made in pursuant to a standard shipment contract.
